Cancellation Policy for Online Lessons

GROUP lessons and SEMI-PRIVATE lessons cannot be cancelled (if students do not attend a scheduled session, they are required to pay 100% of the tuition fees), as the teacher must be paid. The lesson will take place even if only one student attends. Students may watch the recording of the lesson IF the recording is available on that day (technical issues may always occur).

If a GROUP or SEMI-PRIVATE lesson does not take place due to the absence of all students, all students are required to pay 50% of the tuition fees, and the teacher will be paid 50%. The only exception is if the entire group has agreed in advance with their teacher to postpone the lesson, in which case no payment will be required for that lesson.

A student may cancel a scheduled PRIVATE lesson IN WRITING more than 6 hours in advance by sending an email to BOTH the administration office and the teacher, in which case no tuition fees will be charged.

If a student cancels a scheduled PRIVATE lesson 3–6 hours in advance by sending an email to BOTH the administration office and the teacher, the student is required to pay 50% of the tuition fees.

If a student cancels a scheduled PRIVATE lesson 1–3 hours in advance by sending an email to BOTH the administration office and the teacher, the student is required to pay 100% of the tuition fees.

Tuition fees are fully refundable up until the final registration date for the programme (2 weeks before the start of the course), for PRIVATE lesson programmes ONLY.

For late cancellations of a PRIVATE lesson programme, no refund will be provided. However, the student may use the amount paid to re-enrol in a programme within one calendar year. In this case, the student will only be required to pay any additional cost, if applicable.

When refunds are issued to students, any bank charges are borne by the students themselves. If a lesson is cancelled by the Centre, the tuition fees will be refunded in full without any deductions for bank charges.

Cancellation Policy for In-Person Lessons

  1. A full refund for In-Person lessons will be provided up until the final registration date for the programme (1 month before the start of the course).
  2. For late cancellations, no refund will be provided. However, the student is entitled to re-enrol within one calendar year. In this case, the student will only be required to pay any additional cost, if applicable.
  3. When refunds are issued to students, any bank charges are borne by the students themselves. If a lesson is cancelled by the Centre, the tuition fees will be refunded in full without any deductions for bank charges.
  4. For In-Person lessons, you must cancel your lesson at least 12 hours in advance by sending an email to BOTH the administration office and the teacher. If you cancel 6–12 hours in advance, you are required to pay 50% of the tuition fees. For late cancellations (0–6 hours in advance), no refund will be provided.
